What is it?
In horary astrology, you don’t start from a birth chart but from the sky at the instant a question is asked and understood. The question is given a house (the 7th for a partner, the 10th for a job…), and each party a significator, the planet that rules their house.
The answer is read in the aspects forming between these significators, in the Moon’s course and in rules handed down by tradition, notably by William Lilly in the 17th century.
