Terms of sale

1. Who sells, and to whom

These terms govern sales made on astro-predict.com by P AND L THERAPIES, SASU with share capital of €10, Paris RCS 913 221 370, 15 rue des Halles, 75001 Paris, France, VAT FR02913221370 ("we"), to any adult acting in a personal capacity ("you"). Contact: contact@pascal-latil.fr.

Placing an order means you have read and accepted these terms, by ticking the box provided for this purpose.

2. What AstroPredict offers

  • Free of charge: the daily, weekly and monthly horoscope by sign; an account with your sky chart and access to the Free plan of Zodiac Intelligence.
  • Personalised horoscope, received every morning by email and in your account: 7 days (€1.90), 30 days (€3.90), 1 year (€29).
  • Questions to the AI: 3 questions (€2.90), 7 questions (€5.90), 15 questions (€9.90). Each question, and each follow-up question in a conversation, uses one question from your credit. Purchased questions do not expire as long as your account exists.
  • Solar return (your year, from birthday to birthday): €9.90. Lunar return (your month): €3.90.
  • Zodiac Intelligence plans: Forecasts, €3.90 per month or €34 per year; Pro, €7.90 per month or €69 per year. What each plan includes (number of people tracked, tools, viewable period) is described on the plans page at the time of the order.

Prices are in euros, including all taxes (French VAT of 20% included). The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

3. Nature of the content

The calculations are performed by our Zodiac Intelligence software; the texts are written with the help of artificial intelligence based on these calculations. Astrology is a symbolic reading: our content sheds light on trends, it guarantees no event and does not replace a doctor, a psychologist, a lawyer or a financial adviser. We do not answer health questions and give no investment advice. It is up to you to decide what to do with these readings.

4. Order and payment

You choose your product, check your summary, accept these terms and pay online by bank card. Payment is processed by our provider Stancer; we never have access to your card number. The order is binding once payment is accepted; an invoice is available in your account.

5. Delivery

Answers, reports and access are delivered in your account, usually in under a minute, and an email notifies you. The personalised horoscope starts the day after the order and arrives every morning. A plan opens its access as soon as payment is accepted. If an incident prevents delivery, we retry your order; if we cannot deliver it, you are refunded.

6. Right of withdrawal

You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Since our content and access are provided immediately after payment, the law (Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code) provides that this right does not apply when you expressly ask to receive your content right away and waive your right of withdrawal: this is the purpose of the checkbox at the time of the order. Without this box ticked, the order cannot be placed.

7. Plans: renewal, change, cancellation

  • A monthly or annual plan renews automatically at each due date, at the price then in force, on the card used when subscribing. You are notified by email before an annual plan renews. [TO BE IMPLEMENTED: this notification email does not exist yet.]
  • You can cancel it at any time from "My account": it remains open until the end of the paid period, then is no longer renewed. No pro-rata refund is due for the current period.
  • Upgrading to a higher plan takes effect immediately, with a new paid period at the price of the new plan, with no pro-rata credit for the old one. Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect at the next due date.
  • When a plan ends or is downgraded, the people who exceed the rights of the new plan become inaccessible; they are never deleted and become accessible again if you take a plan that covers them.

8. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password and the login codes you receive confidential. The birth data of your account’s main person can no longer be edited once confirmed: check it before confirming. In case of abusive use (resale, automated extraction, attempts to harm the service), we may suspend the account after warning you.

9. Liability

We do our best to keep the service available and the calculations accurate. We cannot be held liable for a decision made on the basis of astrological content, nor for an interruption due to maintenance, to a failure of our providers or to force majeure. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that the law guarantees you as a consumer.

10. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy.

11. Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, write to contact@pascal-latil.fr: we reply within 15 days. If no amicable solution is found, you may use the consumer mediator free of charge: [TO BE COMPLETED: name, address and website of the mediator to which P AND L THERAPIES subscribes].

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts are those provided for by law; you can always bring the matter before the courts of your place of residence. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of that country.
